Inert / non-metallic pressure reactors

Reactor Systems

Multipurpose pressure reactor systems that are resistant against aggressive chemicals while avoiding corrosion and contamination or side reactions with metals. They are designed for the use with either glass-lined steel pressure vessels or with glass pressure vessels. If your process requires higher temperatures / pressures other highly corrosion resistant solutions are available (e.g. tantalum).
Lab to pilot scale reactors for aggressive chemicals. From 100ml to 20 litre.

The use of inert pressure reactors

Due to the consequent use of non-metallic materials for the wetted parts, the inert pressure reactors can be used for a wide range of applications. Metal-free reactors are available from small scale up to kilo scale, from basic model up to versatile reactor systems. The use of high torque ceramic magnetic stirrer drive ensures efficient mixing of low to high viscosity process media as well as excellent heat transfer.

Advantages of our inert pressure reactors

  • Interchangeable vessels of glass and glass-lined steel
  • Wide range of accessories to define the right set-up for your process
  • Optional Fast-Action-Closure
  • Hydraulic lift for heavy reactors
  • Tilting mechanism for heavy reactors
  • Safety housing for glass reactors
