New universal pressure lab reactor with short delivery times

Preconfigured and cost-effective!

Büchi AG has introduced a new, compact universal lab pressure reactor, called Uniclave. Although preconfigured for universal use, the Uniclave allows changing of the vessel and can still be upgraded at any time for new tasks. The big advantages of this preconfigured reactor are the short delivery time and competitive price! Delivery in approximately 4 weeks only!

This multipurpose pressure reactor system is designed for the use of interchangeable glass and steel pressure vessels. Safety features guarantee safe reactions under pressure.

The polycarbonate protective screen of the Uniclave housing also allows glass pressure reactors up to 12 bar to be used safely and with unrestricted visibility.

The high-torque magnetic stirrer drive offers you optimal control of mixing tasks with the display of speed and torque.

The glass reactors ensure high resistance against acids, while allowing visual process control and monitoring.

A wide range of accessories for feeding of liquids / solids / gas, and others like catalyst baskets, etc. are available.

Standard package

• Stand with safety housing with polycarbonate sliding door for safe operation of glass pressure vessels
• One pressure vessel; either in glass or stainless steel, types: 1, 1B, 3, 3E.
  With suitable stirrer shaft, propeller stirrer, baffle, Pt-100 with Lemo1 plug, bottom valve depending on vessel type
• Cover plate with 7 openings and standard setup:
  Swagelok fittings with bursting disc, manometer and 2 valves
• Stirrer drive «cyclone 075 dc» with integrated high torque magnetic coupling, incl. controller «bcc075» for stirrer speeds of 0–3000 min-1.
