Gear Flow Meter
Gather Industrie GmbH is proud to introduce a gear flow meter with integrated transducer. It is a volumetric flow meter based on the gear pump principle, and it is therefore ideal for measuring non-lubricating, low-viscosity and chemically aggressive liquids. A sensor detects the movement of the gears via the individual gear teeth in the form of pulses. And all this contactless and hermetically sealed.
WITTE Pumps and MAAG
Suurmond has been appointed as the sole official representative for WITTE PUMPS in the UK and Benelux. In December 2022, MAAG acquired the gear pump manufacturer WITTE Pumps & Technology GmbH MAAG and the company now operates under the name MAAG WITTE Pumps GmbH.
New dosing pump brand
MVV marks another addition to the Suurmond portfolio of high precision dosing pumps.
Thanks to their high precision, the gear pumps act as “active flow meters”, guaranteeing optimal dosing accuracy and efficiency.
If there is no solution, MVV will create one! Including pumps for abrasives and slurries.
MVV revolutionised the concept of gear pumps: rather than standard high-speed gear pumps, they chose to design precision gear pumps, serving as high-accuracy dispensing instruments.
Their precision gear pumps are made of special materials and undergo advanced heat treatment processes. This results in excellent wear and dimensional stability, even at extreme temperatures, pressures and viscosities. Despite their simplicity, consisting of only a few components, their gear pumps deliver an exceptional performance with their unmatched precision.
Versatile micro gear pumps, perfect for production purposes!
Micro gear pumps are the unobtrusive heroes of the process industry, where their versatility is invaluable as they can meet the complex requirements of different production processes. Their compact size, precision, compatibility with different media and advanced features make them a valuable tool for engineers and researchers around the world. Not only inside, but also outside!
HNPM manufactures micro gear pumps (mzr® pumps) for dosing and conveying very small volumes of liquids. Five series and different sizes of mzr® pumps allow dosing volumes of 0.25 µl, volume flows of 1 µl/h to 1.1 l/min and pressures of 0 to max. 150 bar. The viscosity of the media ranges from 0.3 to 1,000,000 mPas. Operating in explosion-proof areas is equally possible.
Moreover, HNPM created its own series of in-line filter and OEM pumps, offering commissioning support, technical service and training.
