Short lead times and low cost
For years, Suurmond has supplied reactors for lab and R&D. Completely assembled according client’s specifications and of good Swiss and German quality. The demand from the market for short delivery times and cost-effective solutions has increased in recent years. To meet this demand, Suurmond has developed its own glass reactor system; the suurGLASS labreactor. The reactor has been designed in consultation with users. The first reactors are planned to be delivered in July. We are happy to make special arrangements with universities and colleges.
suurGLASS reactor
The suurGLASS reactor is a universal reactor with a standard configuration. The big advantages are the short lead times and the economic price. The reactor has a modular set-up. Extensions of the configuration are possible at any time.
The DN150 cover contains 5 nozzles, one of which is used for the stirrer. With this concept, 25 configurations are possible.

Simple exchange of the reactor vessel
An important advantage of the suurGLASS reactor, is that you don’t need to remove the upper section when exchanging vessels.
This means that the motor/dynamic seal/cover remain in place. Our innovative design Quick-Action-Clamp allows you to easily remove the reactor without any help.

- Frame stainless steel 316L/304
- Removable drip tray 316L
- One jacketed glass vessel; to choose 1-2-3-4-5 liter
- DN150 cover with 5 nozzles. Fits all available reactors.

- Manifold for hoses, including hoses
- Heidolph Hei-TORQUE motor stirrer

The suurGLASS reactor fits in a ‘table-top” fumehood.

In addition to the standard configuration, specials are also possible. Besides, due to the modular construction, adjustments can be made
