The use of medium-scale pressure reactors

The robust and reliable medium-scale pressure reactors from BÜCHI are applied in a wide range of applications and can simply be configured for other processes. Visible reactions are possible with the glass reactor vessels as well as the metal vessels with sight glasses. Jacketed reactors (glass and steel), vessels with electric heating / cooling? It is all available.

Various low to high torque magnetic drives ensure efficient mixing and stirring low to high viscosity process media as well as excellent heat transfer.

Options like fast-action-closures, tilting mechanism for heavy metal reactor vessels and (hydraulic) vessel lift make opening and closing as well as cleaning the vessels easy.
