Based on the HNPM micropumps, HNPM developed several types of dosing systems for continuous or batch dosing. From simple-to-use bench top models for laboratory up to dedicated systems designed specifically to customer requirements; they all have the advantage of the pulseless flow pump characteristics of the HNPM micro pumps. The dosing skids are an additional solution Suurmond can offer for your exact dosing tasks. Depending on the required accuracy, the HNPM dosing solutions can be supplied either with or without flow controllers/ flow meters.
The HNPM micro dosing systems are applied for fast and precise dosing and metering of liquids in the micro to millilitre range. They are applied in areas such as analytical instrumentation, biotechnology, laboratory automation up to fine chemical and pharmaceutical production.
